The Legal Steps - Single Application

These legal steps are for guidance only. I am not a solicitor.

Read my blog post 5 Divorce Options In The UK - What's Best for You to gain an indication of whether you can apply using No-Fault divorce.

When separating or divorcing in England and Wales, it's imperative to do your research and get advice early in the process, so you can decide what is best for you, your family and specific circumstances.

As a Divorce Coach, I specialise in the mental and emotional side of healing, transitioning through the process and moving on after divorce. In my experience the earlier someone comes to see me, the better it is for them. This is because so often the divorce process becomes unnecessarily protracted due to unresolved emotions. If you can get the emotional side of your divorce back into control (where you can transform the difficult feelings that arise) then you will be able to respond from a place of clarity and certainty within you. This will make a huge difference.
